Nature as Self Care
What We Believe & Why We're Here
A little bit of nature can do wonders for our mental health and wellness. Studies have shown that being in nature reduces stress and anxiety, improves our mood, and can even reduce depression. Self care comes in many forms, and we believe connecting with nature is one that is an absolute must for maintaining our well-being.

We're here to help others connect with nature, and to find the peace and serenity we know is there. Whether you're able to get away and go on a full-blown nature escape or you're stuck indoors, we're committed to making your connection with nature a little easier.

Let's Connect With Nature
Birdwatching in Comfort
Spending time with animals is one of the many forms of ecotherapy. Birdwatching, in particular, provides a meditative experience that unlocks all your senses and enables mindfulness.

We know it's not always possible to get outdoors for a birding adventure, so we're bringing that experience right to you.

Swinging Under the Trees
Exercising outdoors is a great practice to get your blood pumping while also reaping the benefits of being out in nature. Tree swings, in particular, are perfect for kids to have a fun and easy way to get their body moving.

It's not always possible to take your kid to the park or playground, but even just a quick swinging session under the tree in the backyard can give a child the wonderful feelings of adventure.
